Doreen Phillips, DNP, APRN, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner at PhillWell, a superior telepsychiatry practice in South Boston, Massachusetts; Issaquah, Washington; and Sugar Land, Texas. She is highly trained in her field and enjoys working with adults of all ages, including culturally diverse groups.
Dr. Phillips received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She also holds a master’s degree in information systems from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Additionally, Dr. Phillips holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania.
She understands that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health care and personalizes each treatment to give patients the best outcome.
